Can ANYONE help me at all? I'm still having the ongoing
problem of being billed for all the communal electric in
my block of flats. I've contacted the landlord (who
should pay 4 communal electric) & I'm getting no help
from him after 4 months & loads of letters and emails. E
-on have said they won’t help me. The Ombudsman
'Ofgen' have said they won’t help me cos it’s been
ongoing for over 9 months & I can't find a lawyer who
will work on a legal aid basis for this type of law.

As I sat in the Doctors waiting room this morning feeling
shite, I took a look around at the other patients and
realised, there's always someone in a worse state. For
example, the bloke next to me was wearing bottle green
cords, red n blue striped ankle socks and Crocs!!
