inside a pocket so you can write on the tag or put
souvenirs in the pocket.

4 October 2011 —
I added some photos of the Alice in Wonderland altered
book I've been working on. It’s my 1st ever altered book
and (as usual) I bit off more than I could chew by
choosing a book with loads of pages and apertures cut
out of all the pages - which made it harder to work on. I
also attempted to make it SteamPunk style - which I’ve
never done B4 either. Anyway, it’s virtually finished.

4 October 2011 —
There is a Creepy 'Cheshire Cat' page in the Alice altered
book. I know the Cheshire cat was so creepy! Alice in
Wonderland is a pretty sinister, surreal story. The cat used
to disappear and reappear saying 'I'm not all there'
Hmmm! must have been called Ona.

5 October 2011 —
I went to see my utterly useless shrink today. Among the
stupid things she said was 'Forget everyone else you've
ever seen. I AM RIGHT!' and 'I want to see what
happens to you if we take you off all the medication and
go completely manic' and 'There is definitely no negative
effects what so ever of any anti-depressants, even if you
took them every day for your whole life'
Actually I was wondering exactly what to do? I'm not sure
if I have some sort of a legal right to request someone
else but that is something I am looking into.
I’m really sick n tired of feeling really sick n tired!
