Dedication
The day I will never forget is the day I married my wife, Sue. Our marriage has
created a family of love. Sue expresses that love daily to me and to our daughter,
son, granddaughter, grandsons, and great granddaughter. Her energy, passion,
commitment, sacrifices, and support is beyond words. Sue’s dedication and care
for all of us is extremely comforting. Therefore, I dedicate this book to “our” Sue.
