Corporation. I have worked with four start-up companies: TEC International,
BVSG, New Directions, and TSS Partners. One was a major success, two were
reasonably successful and one was a total failure. I spent eighteen years with Dow
Corning Corporation where I was professionally prepared to do management

assignments with other organizations. Along the way, I was released twice; these
discharges were both very difficult to accept and explain to my totally supportive
Sue.

Throughout my life, I have not asked or demanded any special recognition. I just
want people to be my friend, partner, associate, colleague or companion. Do I wish
things could have been different? Sure! Less hurt along the way would have been
appreciated. I have, however, made some real contributions to life and will depart

this world with some special memories of which I love. This is my passage.

If you face your past with regret, you will never handle the present with
confidence.

The durability of my faith has kept me off the shoulder of the road of life. My
Christian belief tells me that I will see the Lord some day in Heaven. I have
attempted to prepare myself so that my earthly credentials were acceptable to this

world. The remaining portion of my life will be spent acquiring spiritual
credentials in preparation of meeting my Lord.

My philosophy has been to be thankful for what gifts I have and to be creative and
innovative with those gifts. I try to think differently and to be positive.

When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life you have one

thousand reasons to smile.

I have one thousand reasons to smile. It is a beautiful thing to see a person smile
knowing you might be the reason behind it. Maybe this is why I joke so much.

Prepare for the future without fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear. They
cannot co-exist.
