you a brief synopsis of their evaluations. One firm classified their comments under
“The Total Person Profile.” Supposedly, this is me:
• I tend to be opinionated.
• I thrive on attention of others.
• I am reasonably efficient.
• I adapt to change if given some warning.
• I am flexible under pressure.
• I handle most demands very well.
• I am considerate of fellow workers.
• I have a high level of ability in working with numbers and language.
• I learn and absorb new information easily.
• My spatial ability is average.
• I find people stimulating and enjoy their company.
• I am comfortable and happiest when working with others.
• I enjoy tasks that require my abilities to inform or persuade.
• I am not easily engaged by either manual or highly academic tasks that have
nothing to do with people.
• I am a competitor, but my working strategy is to seek a compromise between
achieving my own goals and remaining a useful part of the team.
• In disputes, I may alternate between the roles of peacemaker and decision
maker.
• I am a traditionalist.
• I work from a firm moral platform and generally abide by the rules.
• I do what I see is right, organized and methodical.
• I am an extrovert, requiring continual social stimulation.
• I act on impulse and need excitement.
• I join all sorts of activities that surround me with others.
• I am bored with routine work but can be accommodated to some degree by a
large amount of contact with fellow workers.
• I manage life’s pressures in a relaxed and civilized manner.
