•  DPG believes in direct access to management, who are
            dedicated to making DPG an organization where you can
            discuss any problem or question. We want you to voice
            your  opinions  and  contribute  suggestions  to  improve
            the quality of your work experience and DPG.
         •  All employees shall at all times strive to be in compliance
            with all Federal and State laws and regulations that may
            be applicable to the conduct of our business.
         •  Employees are required to plan their work assignments
            to  take  into  account  our  customers’  needs  and
            expectations,  other  employees’  duties,  and  overall
            company priorities and deadlines.
         •  Improper conduct by DPG employees on or off the job
            which reflects negatively on DPG or any of its clients will
            not be tolerated.
         •  Whatever  your  position,  you  make  an  important
            contribution. Perform every task to the very best of your
            ability.
         •  Most  importantly,  DPG expects  all  employees  to
            maintain a sense of dignity and respect for themselves,
            customers, and all work associates
