6.4 Driving Policy
• Any employee driving on company business, in a
company vehicle must abide by the rules and policies
outlined below. All Drivers must:
• Have a valid license and at least one year of experience
in the class of vehicle operated. In the event that the
employee’s license is suspended, they must notify the
company immediately.
• Be at least 21 years of age, unless pre-approved.
• Practice safe driving techniques and adhere to current
safety requirements.
• Obey all traffic laws and site rules.
• Mandate the use of seat belts and shoulder harnesses
for all persons in the vehicle.
• Abstain from driving while under the influence of
alcohol or any controlled substance. Failure to abide by
this rule will result in termination.
• Ensure consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs by
anyone in the vehicle is not tolerated.
• Notify management of any defects that would prevent
safe operation.
• Operate the vehicle in a manner consistent with
reasonable practices that avoid abuse, theft, neglect, or
disrespect of the equipment.
• Notify your supervisor of any traffic violations,
accidents, and thefts, and Accept responsibility for any
fines incurred.
• Keep the vehicle clean both inside and outside

game playing, phone calls
