not consume alcoholic beverages during working hours.

       Consistent with the demands of our customers, DPG has a policy of mandatory drug testing for
       all employees. Employees will be asked to take annual drug tests and may potentially be asked
       in the interim to submit to a random drug test. Illegal possession or use of drugs is prohibited.

       2.5 Employment at Will

       Your relationship with DPG is known as an “at will” relationship. Simply stated, that means that
       we are working together for our mutual benefit and either you or the Company may
       discontinue the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.

       5.0 BENEFITS

       5.1 Driving Policy

       Any employee driving on company business, in their own vehicle must abide by the rules and
       policies outlined below.  All Drivers must:
           Have a valid license and at least one year of experience in the class of vehicle operated.
           In the event that the employee’s license is suspended, they must notify the company
           immediately.
           Be at least 21 years of age, unless pre-approved.
           Practice safe driving techniques and adhere to current safety requirements.
           Obey all traffic laws and site rules.
           Mandate the use of seat belts and shoulder harnesses for all persons in the vehicle.
           Abstain from driving while under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance.
           Failure to abide by this rule will result in termination.
           Ensure consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs by anyone in the vehicle is not tolerated.
           Adhere to manufacturer’s recommendations regarding service, maintenance, and
           inspection of any personal or company vehicle. Vehicles should not be operated with
           any defect that would prevent safe operation.
           Operate the vehicle in a manner consistent with reasonable practices that avoid abuse,
           theft, neglect, or disrespect of the equipment.
           Notify your supervisor of any traffic violations, accidents, and thefts, and Accept
           responsibility for any fines incurred.
           Keep the vehicle clean both inside and outside
           Refrain from using electronic devices for text messaging, game playing, phone calls
