King sling
Use this angling knot as the basis for a leader system. Its other name is an “end loop knot,” and
it is suitable for braided lines as well as monofilament. Tying is achieved in seconds.
Make a bight in the end of the line and bend it back on itself (1). Then wrap it at least three times
around the doubled standing part (2). Tuck the end of the bight back through the small loop
created by the wrapping turns (3), and tighten the knot by pulling the standing part and tag end
away from the loop (4).
