IMPACTING COMMUNITIES AND

        INSPIRING INNOVATION

Our mission is to positively impact communities,
build and empower people, and inspire innovation. The Rosendin Foundation was established to positively

impact the communities where Rosendin and Modular
Power Solutions (MPS) employees work and live. The
        Foundation partners with community-focused non-profit
organizations to support three focus areas of health:
emotional, nutritional, and occupational. However, The
Foundation cannot be successful without help.

As we go into Quarter 2 of 2021, we see opportunities to
get back into our communities soon. Until then, consider
getting involved by donating your talents and volunteering
on one of The Foundation’s committees. Forego one coffee
each week and set up a recurring donation or donate one
time online. Spread the word about The Foundation to
organizations you already support so they can apply for an
annual grant or emergency grant to support their cause.

$191,500, and the Grants Committee is currently reviewing
and processing these grants and expects to announce
the recipients in late April. It has been humbling and
sobering to read some of these applications. Still, it serves
as a reminder that many people and organizations in
our communities care deeply and are working hard to
