It can be quite depressing to be on the internet and realize just how

               Summary
The Internet is the largest computer network in the world, with millions
of computers all over the world connected to each other.
Web pages are stored on Web servers, which are always connected to
the Internet so that people can view their Web pages 24 hours a day.

Some of things you can do using Internet include sending and receiving
e-mail, browsing the World Wide Web, posting and reading newsgroup

                          software.
To connect to the Internet, you need an Internet Service Provider (ISP),

a Web browser program and a phone line and modem or other

Internet congestion, or by the Web page no longer existing. Try
returning to the Web page later.
A hyperlink is a link to another Web page or file. The pointer changes
