Chapter 2 - Ways of Sharing Information
Got information in the form of a document, graphic, spreadsheet, program or just
a thought you want to share with your co-workers or family and friends? The
method you choose to share it depends on the content you're sharing, your
personal work style, the tools you have and if you're at home, in your office or
on the road.
The following are the commonest ways of sharing information:
E-mail with/without Attachments
Instant Messaging (IM)

Sending a Fax
Network File Shares
Storage Devices: CDs, DVDs, or Floppy Discs, and USB Storage
