COVID 19 AND THE AGM

Hi Team
The March 2022 AGM will be a double vaxxed event only and you will need proof of vaccination.
We are aware that this is a very contentious issue for some, so to add some clarity, this is a policy put in place by the event venue, not
by the club.
Please don’t turn up on the day and
expect to get in, as this won’t be allowed
by the venue.
We are however putting in place options
for members to attend virtually by Zoom
and you are still able to have your say on
the AGM remits by postal vote, the forms
are in this magazine
