Method:

                                                                 1. Prepare the dough -
                                                                    place flour in a bowl and
                                                                    add the water.  Mix
                                                                    together and form a
                                                                    dough, and knead for
                                                                    about 10min.

                                                                 2. Create a ball of dough
                                                                    and grease with a little oil
                                                                    all over, and place in a
                                                                    plastic bag for 1/2 hr (this
                                                                    keeps the dough soft)




                                                                 To make momo filling:

                                                                 1. Grate or chop in the
                                                                    blender cabbage and
                                                                    carrots and place in a
                                                                    large bowl.  Take
                                                                    handfuls and squeeze
                                                                    the water out and place
                                                                    in another large bowl.
