Nepali Dahl

                                                        Method:
                                                        1. Soak dried lentils for 10-12

                                                            lentils in a colander and rinse

                                                            Cover with a lid and gently
                                                            simmer for 30-35 minutes for the
                                                            dried lentils.  If using a pressure
                                                            cooker, cook for 15-20minutes
                                                            and if using the can of lentils
                                                            gently simmer for 10 minutes.
