Method:
1. Soak dried lentils for 10-12
Nepali Lentils minutes or drain the can of
lentils in a colander and rinse
Ingredients: well under running water.
1 cup dried green lentils or 1 can lentils 2. Heat a dash of oil in a medium

cooker, cook for 15-20minutes
