       HQ                                             •    Build change momentum – sense of urgency build the team

       Zone Management                                •    Accountable for  change implementation
                                                      •    Execute the change plan in a prescriptive manner
       ZTC Management                                 •    Accountable for change implementation – execute change plan in a prescriptive manner
                                                      •    1 on1 communication with impacted employees with repetitive check-ins and follow up – move employees through the change
                                                      •    Communicate to those impacted by workflow changes explain the “why” and what will be achieved


       Impacted Employees                             Mandatory activities for impacted employees
       (Job changes in some fashion)                  •    Identify each impacted employee by name and communicate individually with personal messages to each employee explaining
                                                           the “why” and “what's in it for me”
                                                      •    Move employees through change with regular scheduled 1on1 meetings.
                                                      •    Hold town halls to explain the “why” to the larger employee audience with follow up with schedules report ins to provide feedback

       (How work performed changes)                   •    Managers are accountable for adherence to workflow changes and will have tailored messages for those employees explaining
                                                           the “why” and what the workflow changes will achieve.
       WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU                          Work streams are  currently completing their respective stakeholder analysis, which will identify all employees whose jobs will change
                                                      as well as all employees who are impacted by workflow changes. A detailed change plan as described above will be developed for
                                                      these employees. We need your help in driving accountability with managers to ensure they execute the change activities developed
                                                      by the team. Send clear messages of accountability for them to implement the change plan
