Cup Runneth Over Lemonade


                   Lemonade is America’s drink. It’s simple, always refreshing and hits the spot. Three
                       basic ingredients creates a taste experience that has stood the test of time.




                 Ingredients:

                     • 8 lemons
                     • 2 cups sugar

                     • 6 cups of water
                 Preparation:


                     1. Roll lemons firmly on a hard surface until they become soft. Cut the
                        lemons in half and juice the lemons. Set aside.
                     2. Zest 2-3 lemons. Set aside
                     3. In a pot over medium heat, add sugar, lemon zest and 2 cups of water.
                     4. Simmer lightly for about 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolves and
                        the mixture has a light-yellow color. Do not boil.
                     5. Remove from heat. Add the lemon juice and sugar mixture into a
                        large pitcher.

                     6. Add remaining 4 cups of water to the pitcher and stir.
                     7. Chill and serve.
