2. Boil sugar and corn syrup together in a saucepan for 2 to 3 minutes;
                        set aside to cool

                     3. In large bowl beat eggs lightly and very slowly pour the syrup mixture
                        into the eggs, stirring constantly.
                     4. Stir in butter, vanilla, and pecans and pour into crust.
                     5. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 45 to 60 minutes or until set.







                                                       Key Lime Pie


                     Key lime pie is perfect treat for any day. This recipe combines sweet and citrusy
                                flavors that satisfies that palate with this enjoyable dessert.




                 Ingredients:

                 Graham Cracker Crust

                     • 1½ cups ground graham crackers
                     • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
                     • 6 tablespoons butter, melted


                 Key Lime Filling

                     • 2 14-ounce cans sweetened condensed milk
                     • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

                     • ¾ cup Key Lime Juice, or fresh lime juice
                     • Zest from 2 regular limes, or 4 key limes
