Rich lush textured filling surrounded by a sweet gram cracker crust and topped with
                  juicy strawberries. A cool scrumptious treat for your sweet tooth that doesn’t demand
                                                   your entire day to make.




                 Ingredients:

                 Cheesecake


                     • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
                     • 1/3 cup sugar
                     • 1 cup sour cream

                     • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
                     • 8 ounces prepared whipped topping, thawed
                     • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
                     • 1 pound fresh strawberries halved


                 Strawberry Sauce

                     • 1 pint fresh strawberries, diced
                     • 1/3 cup sugar

                     • 1 teaspoon vanilla

                 Preparation:

                     1. Combine strawberries, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over
                        medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until sauce thickens.
                     2. Remove from heat. In a blender, puree about 1/3 of the sauce, then
                        mix back into remaining topping. Store in refrigerator
                     3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer.
