• 1 cup milk
• ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Preheat 350 F.
2. Boil sweet potatoes in water until you can stick a fork into it
3. Peel sweet potatoes, mash sweet potatoes in bowl with masher then
whip them with beater
4. Mix butter, sugar in bowl, beat in eggs one at a time
5. Add vanilla, nutmeg and milk
6. Pour mixture into pie Crust.
7. Bake 65 minutes center of oven.
8. Let it cool then serve!
