Preparation:


                     1.  Mix 1 ½ ground beef, ½ Italian bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons
                        Premadonna Steak Seasoning, ½ Parmesan cheese, 1 large egg,
                        minced garlic together and form your meatballs.
                     2.  Heat a large frying pan with oil. Add in the meatballs one by one.

                        After they cook for about 4 minutes, flip the meatballs and cook an
                        additional 4 minutes. Once cooked drain most of the fat, leaving a few
                        tablespoons worth in the pan.
                     3.  Add 2 tablespoons of water to deglaze the pan, scraping up any stuck
                        on pieces. Add the brown sugar. Cook until sugar is caramelized.
                     4.  Remove from heat and add in the BBQ sauce. Stir well. Serve and

                        enjoy!
