until golden brown.
5. Add 2 cups water to the onion gravy and stir. Bring to a boil over
medium high heat. Return steaks to skillet, reduce heat to simmer,
cover and cook for about 30 mins.
A Lil’ Sumthin’ Sumthin’ Sausage & Peppers over Rice
A quick and easy meal that eats like you’ve spent all day slaving in the kitchen.
Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 sausage (any preference), sliced
• 3 peppers: green, red, orange, sliced
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Garlic Pepper
• ½ Premadonna Adobo Seasoning
Preparation:
1. Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add garlic and cook until garlic is tender.
