Ingredients:
• 4 (4oz) Cube Steaks
• 2 ¾ Premadonna Soul Seasoning
• 2 ¼ Premadonna Steak Seasoning
• 1 sleeve saltine crackers
• 1 ¾ cups flour
• 4 ¾ cups whole milk
• 2 eggs
• 4 vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon Premadonna Steak Seasoning on both sides of
the cube steak.
2. In a large bowl, combine 1 sleeve crushed saltine crackers, 1 cup flour,
2 ¾ teaspoon Premadonna Soul Seasoning and 2 teaspoon
Premadonna
3. In a separate bowl, combine 4 ¾ cups milk and 2 eggs, Whisk until
egg are completely incorporated.
4. Coat each cube steak in the flour mixture, then milk mixture, and
then flour mixture again, making sure that steaks are completely
covered.
5. Heat 4 cups of vegetable oil (or preferred frying oil) in a large skillet
or Dutch oven. Place prepared steaks in hot oil, frying for about 10
