3. Add onions, carrots, garlic, Worcestershire, Premadonna paprika, and
                      Premadonna Soul Seasoning and stir in. Add in the scotch bonnet
                      pepper, tomato paste, stir for another minute.
                  4. Add 4 cups of water, add as needed. Bring to a boil and let it simmer
                      until tender about 2- 3 hours, occasionally stirring the saucepan. Plate
                      and serve!
