5. Broil for 3-5 minutes or until brown and caramelized. Garnish with
                         lemon slices and chopped parsley.








                                                  Catch Me Fried Fish

                 Crispy, golden brown on the outside, and juicy flavorful tender meat on the inside. This
                             simple recipe is easy to follow and comes out amazing every time!




                 Ingredients:

                     • 6 whole Red Snappers

                     • 3 eggs
                     • 1 cup milk
                     • 1 tablespoon Premadonna Garlic Pepper seasoning

                     • 1 tablespoon Premadonna Seafood seasoning
                     • 1 cup cornmeal
                     • 1 cup vegetable oil


                 Preparation:

                     1. Mix all seasonings together and evenly coat fish on both sides.
                     2. In a small bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.
                     3. Dip  the  Red  Snapper  into  the  egg  mixture  and  then  into  the
                        cornmeal.
                     4. Heat oil in a saucepan until very hot.
