2. In a small bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the flour and cornmeal.
4. Dip the Red Snapper into the egg mixture and then into the dry
mixture.
5. Heat oil in a saucepan until very hot.
6. Place fish in the hot oil, and fry about 3 minutes on each side or
until her desired crispiness.
7. Remove and drain on a few sheets of paper towel to remove any
excess oil.
Southern Breeze Fried Grouper Sandwich
Mild in flavor, and firm. This fish makes the perfect ingredient for a delicious
sandwich. Top with tartar sauce and enjoy the flavor explosion.
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds of Grouper
• 2 teaspoons of Premadonna Greek Seasoning
• 2 teaspoons of Premadonna Seafood Seasoning
• 2 ¼ cup of all-purpose flour
• 1 large egg
• Vegetable Oil
• 4 hamburger buns
• Tartar Sauce or Mayo
• 4 lettuce leafs
• 4 tomato slices
