Oooh, That’s Tasty Oven Roasted Shrimp
This dish is perfect for whatever meal you prepare them for. Mix them into a bed of
greens or pair with one of my steak recipes. You can even add cocktail sauce to the mix
and serve as an appetizer. However you choose to serve them, they’re a hit!
Ingredients:
• 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ teaspoon Premadonna Italian Seasoning
• 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Seafood Seasoning
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves, for garnish
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Place shrimp in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add
olive oil, garlic, Premadonna Italian Seasoning, and Premadonna
Seafood Seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Gently toss to combine.
3. Place into oven and roast just until pink, firm and cooked through,
about 6-8 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
4. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
