The Spice of Life Shrimp Creole


                  Taste the bayou! A flavor overhaul of spices and herbs that will please your palate and
                                               add a bit more spice to your life.




                 Ingredients:


                     • 2 slices bacon, diced
                     • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
                     • 1 green bell pepper, diced
                     • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
                     • 4 cloves garlic, minced
                     • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
                     • 1 can tomato sauce

                     • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
                     • 1 1/2 Premadonna Creole seasoning
                     • 1/2 Premadonna Seafood Seasoning
                     • 1/4 teaspoon Premadonna Italian Seasoning
                     • 1 bay leaf
                     • 1 1/2 pounds peeled medium shrimp


                  Preparation:


                     1. In a large pan cook bacon until brown and crispy. Remove bacon to a
                        paper-towel lined plate.
                     2. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to bacon drippings.  Add green pepper
                        and onion to pan.
