Ingredients:

                     •  6 lobster tails (8 to 10 ounces each)

                     •  3/4 cup olive oil
                     •  3 garlic cloves, minced
                     •  1/2 teaspoon Premadonna Seafood
                     •  1/2 teaspoon Premadonna Lemon Pepper

                 Preparation:


                     1.  Using kitchen scissors, cut top of lobster shell lengthwise down the
                        center, leaving tail on. Loosen meat from shell, lift meat and lay over
                        shell. With a knife, cut a slit, 1/2 inch deep, down center of meat.
                     2.  In a small bowl, combine ¾ cup of olive oil, minced garlic, ½
                        teaspoons of Premadonna Seafood and ½ teaspoon Premadonna
                        Lemon Pepper.
                     3.  Spoon mixture over lobster meat. Cover and refrigerate for 20
                        minutes.
                     4.  Place lobster tails, meat side up, on grill rack. Grill, covered, over
                        medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
