Ingredients:


                     •  2 cups cornmeal
                     •  1/2 cup all-purpose flour
                     •  2 teaspoon of Premadonna Seafood seasoning
                     •  1 teaspoon of Premadonna Lemon Pepper

                     •  4 pounds fresh lobster tails, halved but still in shell
                     •  2 quarts of vegetable oil



                 Preparation:


                     1.  In a gallon sized plastic closeable bag combine, cornmeal, flour, 2
                        teaspoon of Premadonna Seafood Seasoning and Premadonna Lemon
                        Pepper. Shake well.
                     2.   Place one half of a lobster tail at a time in to the bag. Shake to coat
                        the tails completely.
                     3.  Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pan. Place one coated
                        lobster tail at a time into the oil. Cook until the lobster turns white
                        and the coating is lightly browned.
                     4.   Let the fried towels.
