2. In a separate bowl, combine the Premadonna Paprika and
Premadonna Seafood Seasoning. Evenly press spice mixture onto
both sides of fish fillets.
3. In a large pan heat up the olive oil until hot. Place fish in pan. Cook
each side just until fish is browned – lightly drizzle some of the lemon
butter sauce as you cook. Save the rest for serving.
4. Serve fish with the remaining lemon butter sauce and parsley.
Bonafide Fried Catfish
Okay, who doesn’t love fried Catfish? This iconic Southern dish is what good eating
dreams are made of. It warms your soul like a good conversation.
Ingredients:
• 6 filet Catfish
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon Premadonna Lemon Pepper seasoning
• 1 tablespoon Premadonna Seafood seasoning
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Mix all seasonings together and evenly coat fish on both sides.
