Sizzling and Succulent Salmon
Flavorful and healthy. This easy to make recipe turns out perfect every time.
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds Atlantic Salmon
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• juice of one lemon
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Seafood Seasoning
• ½ Premadonna Lemon Pepper
• garnish with sliced lemons and chopped parsley
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lay the salmon on top and
season with Premadonna Seafood and Premadonna Lemon Pepper.
Fold up the sides of the aluminum foil around the salmon.
3. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce,
garlic, and lemon juice. Pour the glaze over the salmon. Top the
salmon with aluminum foil and seal.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked throughout. Take
the foil off of the top and drizzle the salmon with the sauce in the foil.
