Jammin in Jamaica Oxtails


                 Sink your teeth into these tender, juicy oxtails, and savor the flavor as the meat falls off
                                     the bone. These oxtails leave nothing to be desired.



                 Ingredients:


                   •  2 tablespoon cooking oil
                   •  2 pounds oxtail cut up medium pieces
                   •  1 onion chopped
                   •  2 teaspoon minced garlic
                   •  4 cups of water
                   •  2 carrots cubed
                   •  ½ teaspoon Premadonna Paprika seasoning

                   •  1 tablespoon tomato paste
                   •  1 Whole Scotch bonnet pepper
                   •  1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
                   •  1 teaspoon browning
                   •  2 teaspoon Premadonna Soul Seasoning
                   •  2 teaspoon Premadonna Steak Seasoning


                 Preparation:

                  1.  Season oxtail with Premadonna Steak Seasoning. Set aside
                  2.  In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoon oil then add the oxtail. Stir frequently,
                      until oxtail is brown.
