Ingredients:
• 4 Boneless Beef Chuck Top Blade Steaks, cut ½ inch thick
• 1 Teaspoon Premadonna Steak Seasoning
• 1 Teaspoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning
• 1 medium white Onion, sliced
• ½ green bell pepper
• ½ red bell pepper
• 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Preparation:
1. Season beef with Premadonna Steak Seasoning. Thinly slice onions
and bell peppers.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large over Medium-High heat. Cook beef 2
to 2 1/2 minutes per side or until they reach desired likeness. Remove
to a plate and keep warm.
3. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to skillet; add onion and bell peppers.
Sauté until tender. Stir in vinegar and heat 1 minute. Season mixture
with Premadonna Garlic Pepper. Spoon veggies over steaks and serve.
