5. Place fish in the hot oil, and fry about 3 minutes on each side. (5
                        minutes if you like it crispy)

                     6. Remove and drain on a few sheets of paper towel to remove any
                        excess oil.







                                         Catch and Release Sautéed Fish

                     Pan cooked with lemon, butter and paprika. This healthy and delicious dish
                                packs incredible flavor that will make your palate sing.




                 Ingredients:


                     • 4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, halibut, bass)
                     • 3 tablespoon melted butter

                     • Juice from 1 lemon
                     • 1 teaspoon of Premadonna Paprika
                     • 1 teaspoon of Premadonna Seafood Seasoning
                     • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
                     • freshly parsley leaves, for garnish and flavor


                 Preparation:


                     1. In a bowl, combine melted butter and lemon juice and zest. Stir to
                        combine well.
