Preparation:


                     1. Preheat Oven 350 F. Place chicken in a bowl.
                     2. Mix 1 ½ teaspoon light brown sugar, 1 ½ teaspoon Premadonna
                        Poultry Seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of Premadonna BBQ Seasoning in
                        a small bowl. Toss spice rub over chicken until chicken is fully coated.
                     3. Cover baking sheet with foil. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil on pan
                        evenly.
                     4. Place chicken on baking sheet skin up. Roast chicken on top rack for
                        40-45 minutes. Turn broiler on and continue to roast for 2-4 minutes.

                        Remove chicken from oven.
                     5. Stir 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and BBQ sauce in a small
                        bowl.
                     6. Lather chicken with BBQ sauce mixture. Place chicken back into oven
                        and broil for 2-4 minutes or until sauce is caramelized.
                     7. Remove chicken from oven. Flip chicken, lather chicken with BBQ

                        sauce mixture and place back in oven for 4-5 minutes. Remove
                        chicken from oven and serve.
