• 1 cup All Purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Poultry
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Soul Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Hot Chicken
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Paprika
• 1 quart vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Season chicken pieces with Premadonna Soul Seasoning,
Premadonna Hot Chicken, and Premadonna Paprika.
2. Roll chicken in flour.
3. Add 1/2 to 3/4 inch oil to a large, heavy skillet. Place chicken pieces in
hot oil. Cover, and fry until golden, turning once, 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
