5. Add sliced onions to the skillet and cook until browned. Add
remaining flour to the skillet and a very small amount of water if
necessary. Stir the onions and flour together until golden brown.
6. Add two cups water to the onion gravy and stir. Bring to a boil over
medium high heat. Return pork chops to skillet, reduce heat to
simmer, cover and cook for about 1 hour.
Forget Me Not Fried Pork Chops
Place these crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside pork chops on the
table and watch them disappear.
Ingredients:
• 4 thin cut bone- in pork chops
• Premadonna Seasoned Salt and Premadonna Hot Chicken
• 1 cup self-rising flour
• Vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Season each side of pork chops with Premadonna Seasoned Salt and
Premadonna Hot Chicken.
2. Pour buttermilk into a shallow bowl and place flour in a pie pan or on
a plate.
3. Dip pork chops in buttermilk, coating both sides and then coat in
flour.
