Big Ole Breakfast Burrito

                   This dish is great for when your day requires you to be on the go and want to fill up,
                  without being weighed down. A full breakfast rolled into a lightly grilled tortilla, filled
                                            with traditional breakfast goodness.




                 Ingredients:

                     • 1 (10 oz) breakfast sausage roll
                     • 2 tablespoons butter
                     • 1/2 cup yellow onion diced
                     • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
                     • 1/4 cup green bell pepper diced
                     • 8 large eggs, whisked
                     • 1 teaspoon Premadonna Soul seasoning
                     • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
                     • 1 package burrito sized tortillas



                 Preparation:


                  1. Start by cooking the breakfast sausage in a pan over medium high heat
                      until it's cooked through. Place the sausage in a bowl and set aside.
                      Drain excess fat out of the pan.
                  2. In the same pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat and
                      sauté bell peppers, onion until the peppers have reached your desired
                      crispness.
