Preparation:
1. Open the can of salmon, dump the whole thing in a bowl, pick out the
soft bones and the dark skin, leaving only the meat.
2. Add the eggs, flour, Premadonna Seafood seasoning and Premadonna
Lemon pepper. Mix well.
3. Let sit for 15 minutes so the flour can absorb the flavors.
4. Heat your oil in a wide pan so that it is no higher than an inch.
5. When the oil is hot, take a large spoon and drop the oval shaped
patties gently into the hot oil.
6. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side and drain well.
7. Serve and enjoy!
Buck’s Favorite Banana Pancakes
One of my husband’s favorites. These sweet, airy and fluffy pancakes always hits the
spot. Cook these pancakes for your love and watch him go bananas.
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups white all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
