7.  Spread 2 cups meat sauce into an ungreased baking dish. Layer with
                        three noodles and a third of the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup
                        mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers
                        twice. Top with remaining meat sauce and cheeses.
                     8.  Bake, covered, 25 minutes.
                     9.  Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes longer or until bubbly.
                     10. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.




                                           Quick & Easy Beenie Weenies


                   If you have children, this recipe is a quick and easy favorite. The sweet concoction of
                       this hotdogs and baked beans mix is a time saver that will appease their little
                                                           appetites.



                 Ingredients:

                     •  4-5 hot dogs, sliced
                     •  1 (28oz) can Bush’s Baked Beans (Country Style is my favorite)
                     •  ½ cup light brown sugar

                 Preparation:

                     1.  In a hot skillet, cook the sliced hot dogs until browned on medium
                        heat.
                     2.  Sprinkle on the brown sugar and pour in the can of Bush’s Baked
                        Beans.
