4.  Cook rice on low heat for 20 minutes. Add 1 cup more of water and
                        continue to cook on low heat until rice is done.




                                                  Jumpin’ Jumbalaya


                   A dish that boasts deep flavors and is a hearty comfort food. It can be eaten alone or
                                        paired with your choice of cornbread or rice.



                 Ingredients:

                     •  1 pound cooked shrimp frozen peeled and deveined
                     •  1 cup of boneless chicken breast (cubed)
                     •  1/2 pound andouille sausage, diced
                     •  1 can of diced tomatoes
                     •  1 medium onion, chopped
                     •  1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
                     •  1 stalk celery, chopped
                     •  1 cup of water
                     •  2 teaspoons Premadonna Itailian seasoning
                     •  2 teaspoons Premadonna Creole seasoning
                     •  1 teaspoon hot sauce (any brand)
                     •  4 bay leaves
                     •  2 cups cooked rice
