• 1/2 teaspoon of Premadonna Soul seasoning
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/2 teaspoon Premadonna Italian seasoning
• 2 teaspoons Premadonna Greek Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Creole seasoning
• 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
Preparation:
1. Melt butter in skillet and add ground beef and sausage or chicken.
Brown until almost done. (Drain if needed.)
2. Add chopped onion, green onion, peppers and garlic and sauté.
3. Pour in water and add Premadonna Soul seasoning, bay leaf,
Premadonna Italian seasoning, Premadonna Greek seasoning,
Premadonna Creole seasoning and rice.
4. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
