I Got The Greens Collard Greens

                  Collard greens can go with any meat, prepared in any style. The leafy, greens provide
                    the necessary balance to a southern dish, with its deep rich aroma and light hint of
                                        vinegar flavoring. It’s comfort food supreme.




                 Ingredients:
                     • 2 sweet onions finely chopped
                     • 2 smoked ham hocks or 4 smoked turkey necks
                     • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
                     • 3 (1 pound) packages collard greens, trimmed or 2 bunches of collard
                        greens (slice thinly)
                     • 1/3 cup vinegar
