• 1 large head of cabbage, coarsely chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Soul seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Greek seasoning
Preparation:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef sausage with the garlic and onion. Don’t
drain the fat.
2. Chop the cabbage coarsely (large chop) and add on top of the beef
sausage.
3. Add Premadonna Soul seasoning and Premadonna Greek seasoning.
Cover pot. (If necessary, push cabbage down; it will cook down
quickly)
4. Reduce heat to low. Cook until the cabbage for 35 minutes or until
tender.
5. Stir cabbage and sausage well, and serve over rice
