• 2 tablespoons white sugar
                     • 3 table spoons of Premadonna Soul seasoning to taste


                 Preparation:


                     1. Combine onions, ham hocks or turkey necks, and garlic in a pot.
                        Cover with water.
                     2. Cook mixture over medium heat until meat is falling off the bone,
                        about 2 hours on medium/low temperature.
                     3. Stir in collard greens, vinegar, sugar, and Premadonna Soul seasoning
                        into the broth mixture.
                     4. Add 1 cup of water and simmer until greens have reached desired
                        tenderness (about 2 more hours)

                 Ingredients:


                     • 3-4 lbs. Collard greens
                     • 2 Tablespoons bacon drippings
                     • 1 large green pepper chopped
                     • 1 large onion chopped
                     • ½ ripe tomato, diced
