• 1/4 teaspoon of Premadonna Creole seasoning
• 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, optional
Preparation:
1. Sauté the bacon and onion in 2 tablespoons of the butter for about 4
minutes.
2. Add a splash of water to the bottom of the pot to deglaze the browned
bits in the bottom.
3. Add half the cabbage, Premadonna Soul seasoning and Premadonna
Creole seasoning, and stir.
4. Stir in the remaining cabbage and reduce to a low simmer.
5. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Stir several times.
6. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the cider vinegar
continue cooking until cabbage begins to caramelize
