• 1 meduim onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons Premadonna Soul seasoning
• 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation:
1. Soak beans overnight in warm water.
2. Cover Hamhocks with water and cook in large pot for 45- 1 hour.
3. Drain beans of their soaking water.
4. Add beans, onion, and Premadonna Soul seasoning to hamhocks pot.
5. Cook until beans are soft adding water as needed.

• 2 pounds fresh green beans, rinsed and ends snapped
• 2 cups water
