Batter Fried Okra

                  Southern flavor packed in a bite sized treat. My Batter Fried Okra can be paired with
                  my Fried Catfish for a quick and easy meal. Prepare with my signature seasoning for
                                                the ultimate flavor experience.


                 Ingredients:

                     •  1pound fresh okra, cleaned with steams removed
                     •  1 teaspoon Premadonna Seasoning Salt
                     •  4 eggs beaten
                     •  2 1/2 cups fine, dry bread crumbs
                     •  canola oil

                 Preparation:

                     1.  Cut okra into 2 inch chunks and place in medium pan. Cover with
                        water and bring to a boil.
                     2.  Drain well. Sprinkle okra with Premadonna seasoning salt.
                     3.  Dip in egg. Roll in bread crumbs.
                     4.  Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
                     5.  Drain excess oil on paper towel
