Joyful Joloff Rice
This well-loved West African dish will add international flavor to your meal line up.
With its beautiful, deep red color and fragrant aroma, it will be an instant favorite
with your family. It’s a joyous dish to share with family and friends.
Ingredients:
• 3 can of tomato sauce
• 2 large onions
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
• 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
• 1lb of beef
• 4 cup long grain rice
• 6 cups water
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Steak Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Premadonna Garlic Pepper Seasoning
Preparation:
1. In a non-stick pan, meat in oil. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Premadonna
Steak Seasoning, when meat is browned, remove and set aside.
2. Add onions, garlic and tomato sauce to the pan. Add 5 cup of water,
tomato paste, and Premadonna garlic pepper and stir. Remember to
season strongly because rice will later be added to this sauce.
3. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat before adding rice. Stir and mix
before covering.
